Advaitha GouShala was started in April, 2018. It is an initiative taken by Pandit and Scholar Sri Arun Sharma to safeguard and protect Cows as per the ancient vedic culture in a calm and solace environment. The idea (‘Sankalpa’) struck to Sri Arun Sharma during his visit to Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham, Kanchipuram and his interactions with His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Shankara Jayendra Saraswathi Swamiji inspired him to perform Gouseva and Vedaseva which led to the establishment of Advaitha Goushala.

In continuation to above, on the other side Sri Vidhushekara Bharati Swamiji Shankaracharya of Dakṣiṇāmnāya Sri Sringeri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri during his visit to Bangalore gave guidance to do Gouseva.

Every cow & bull that is saved from the slaughterhouse gets to live their entire life cared for every day to whatever extent they need. These are seen as a part of our family and are treated accordingly.

The main mission & objective is to protect the native breeds of cows and to spread awareness of the same. We therefore, place before you the following facts and urge you to support this cause in the interest of our nation. We believe that Indian breeds of cows are a crucial part of the country’s ecological heritage.
